100 - Walking Lunges
30 - Wallballs
20 - Push Press (75#/105#)
10 - Ball Slams

Warm up:
5 euro pushups
30 situps
30 jumping jacks

My WOD

100 - Walking Lunges
30 - Wallballs (16#)
20 - Push Press (75#)
10 - Ball Slams (20#)
Total: 2 complete rounds plus 100 lunges and 30 wallballs

Really tough WOD. Lunges hurt and lost a lot of time on them. I really wanted to get to 3 complete rounds. next Time!
